Shipping:

All domestic orders will be shipped UPS unless otherwise instructed at the time of ordering. We assume no liability for delays in or failure to make delivery due to our inability to obtain supplies, materials, or to conditions over which we have no control including delays with carriers.

We ship all international orders 1st Class Mail.

Tracking number for packages available upon request.

Back Orders:

We make every effort to ship complete orders at all times. We will back order out of stock merchandise. Back order will remain on file for thirty days unless an earlier cancel date is given at the time of order. Please cancel unwanted back orders immediately with our Customer Service Department - info@recclub.com

REC-XPRESS Orders:

There will be an extra charge of $25.00 on an order that needs to be shipped in four days or less from the time the order was placed.

Delivery Schedules:

All items, under normal circumstances, will be shipped within two or three weeks. All delivery schedules are based upon normal projections regarding the availability of goods, normal running time, and normal preparation time. The delivery schedule is subject to change without notice or any obligation.
